Cybersecurity Success Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting and expanding client cybersecurity services, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Success Analyst will manage service deliverables, lead strategy sessions, and coordinate incident response efforts while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Security & Compliance Lead to deliver cybersecurity services across all client tiers
• Lead client security strategy sessions and manage deliverables, including vulnerability assessments and security training
• Oversee documentation of client security systems and collaborate with various teams on security-related escalations and incidents

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT experience, preferably in a client-facing or service delivery role
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity and compliance
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance best practices
• Experience with vulnerability management and security awareness training
• Proficiency in managing Windows, macOS, cloud, and networking environments
