Cybersecurity Success Analyst

Job Summary

To support and expand client cybersecurity services, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Success Analyst will manage client relationships, coordinate cybersecurity services, and lead strategy sessions while ensuring effective communication and documentation across various security environments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Security & Compliance Lead to support clients across all service tiers and manage service deliverables
• Lead recurring client security strategy sessions and oversee vulnerability identification and remediation efforts
• Execute and coordinate incident response activities, security policy documentation, and compliance guidance

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT experience, preferably in a client-facing or service delivery role
• 2+ years of cybersecurity and compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management best practices
• Experience with vulnerability management and security awareness training
• Proficiency managing Windows, macOS, cloud, and networking environments
