Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Insured Support Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for insureds reporting cyber incidents and assist with follow-ups on cyber/privacy control implementations
  • Engage with insureds daily via email and phone, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction, while conducting onboarding calls as needed
  • Coordinate communications regarding claims, assist with proactive loss mitigation, and provide support for security and privacy scans
Required Qualifications
  • College degree and/or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
  • Broad knowledge of cybersecurity terminology and concepts
  • Cybersecurity industry certifications strongly preferred
  • Confidence in communicating with senior business leaders under stressful conditions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
