Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Cybersecurity Support Engineer to investigate and resolve complex technical incidents related to cybersecurity for corporate customers, while collaborating with internal teams and mentoring junior staff in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and remediate technical incidents across software, networking, and hardware environments
  • Perform triage and validation of MDR incidents, ensuring timely escalation and coordination with security analysts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while contributing to documentation and knowledge base development
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an advanced technical support role with a focus on cybersecurity practices and incident response
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux/UNIX application management
  • Proficiency in networking analysis and troubleshooting, including tools like Wireshark and tcpdump
  • Experience with enterprise-grade virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus
