Job Summary
Providing essential support to partners and customers, the entry-level Cybersecurity Support Specialist will work remotely in Ireland to deliver exceptional customer service, facilitate communication with the Security Operations Center (SOC), and troubleshoot product-related issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for incident reports, escalations, and SIEM-related inquiries
- Lead calls for high-severity incidents, ensuring clear communication and documentation of decisions and next steps
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify detection coverage and relay updates to partners
Required qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity, particularly in identity compromise and incident response
- Experience in customer support or similar roles, preferably in a technical environment
- Basic understanding of SIEM concepts and log analysis
- Ability to manage a dynamic ticket queue and prioritize urgent incidents
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
