Cybersecurity Tanium Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Cybersecurity Tanium Specialist to work remotely, who will manage endpoint data analysis, vulnerability assessments, and threat hunting within DoD environments, focusing on enhancing security posture and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of Tanium data to identify unauthorized hardware and software discrepancies
• Perform deep-dive vulnerability assessments and prioritize remediation efforts based on risk scoring
• Utilize threat hunting techniques to analyze Indicators of Compromise and identify recurring threat vectors

Required qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance - Tier 5 Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification (e.g., CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP)
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on Information Security
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with various Tanium modules
• Remote position based in the USA, aligned with customer hours
