Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Cybersecurity Technical Support professional will troubleshoot customer issues through chat, email, and calls while ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and address support chats, emails, and calls from customers
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure effective resolution or escalation
  • Document solutions for the Knowledgebase and assist in training materials
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; post high school education preferred
  • Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, or MCP are highly desired
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience required
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable computer with Windows 10 and a stable high-speed internet connection
