Cybersecurity Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Technician I.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate potential security threats and escalate issues as needed
• Assess customer cybersecurity support needs and ensure compliance with policies
• Review alerts and assist in incident response and forensic analysis

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of two years of cybersecurity or IT experience (required)
• Security+ certification is highly preferred; additional certifications such as CySA+, A+, and Net+ are a plus
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
