Cybersecurity Testing Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Coordinator - Cybersecurity Assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming and active ServiceNow tickets related to cybersecurity operations assessments
• Engage with system owners to coordinate remediation activities and ensure compliance with security requirements
• Support the development of training materials and gather metrics for weekly deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience with SLA monitoring, reporting, and issue escalation protocols
• Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
• Experience with creating dashboards within ServiceNow is a plus
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technical writing and documentation
