Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Threat Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solid knowledge of building and designing queries, reports, and dashboards in SPLUNK Enterprise for threat hunting and incident response
• Supporting Cyber Security Operations Team with Engineering Tasks and implementing new Security Tool Sets
• Utilizing EDR, IDS, and other security tools to conduct cyber threat hunts and incident response

Required Qualifications:

• MA/MS degree or equivalent experience, with 5-7 years of experience or relevant certifications
• Experience in a cloud environment and building Splunk Technology Add-ons
• Knowledge of Splunk installation, analyzing logs for attack techniques, and familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ansible
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Active Secret Clearance preferred
