Cybersecurity Training Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Training Content Developer to design and implement advanced security training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform content review and development for the client's cybersecurity training and awareness program
• Use tools like Adobe Captivate to update and enhance existing training materials
• Develop new training content and maintain program materials in response to changes in cybersecurity policy and technology

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of general work experience / 4 years of relevant functional experience
• 6+ years of experience with NIST, FISMA, and Security Assessment & Authorization
• 4+ years of experience in IT security and awareness training program requirements
• 4+ years of experience using SCORM for training content development
• 4+ years of experience with Adobe products, including Adobe Captivate for content development
