Cybersecurity Training Developer

Job Summary

Supporting a cybersecurity training and awareness program, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Training Content Developer will perform content review and development, utilize Adobe Captivate to enhance training materials, and maintain program content to align with evolving cybersecurity policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform content review, development, and coordination for the cybersecurity training program
• Utilize Adobe Captivate to update and improve training materials, including annual training and awareness campaigns
• Develop new training content and maintain program materials to address changes in cybersecurity requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of general work experience or 6 years of relevant functional experience
• 6+ years of experience with NIST, FISMA, and Security Assessment & Authorization
• 4+ years of experience in IT security and awareness training program requirements
• 4+ years of experience using SCORM for training content development
• 4+ years of experience with Adobe products, including Adobe Captivate, for content development
