Cybersecurity Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Training Lead with Clearance Required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and operate HUD's cybersecurity training and awareness program
• Develop and update training materials, manage training sessions, and coordinate tabletop exercises
• Collaborate with team members to develop learning objectives and content, and ensure accuracy of training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of general work experience and 8 years of relevant functional experience
• Applicable US Government clearance required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT security and awareness training program development and management
• Experience using SCORM for training content development and delivery
