Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Data Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on data privacy and data protection matters under applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with incident response activities, including legal assessments of potential data breaches
• Draft and review data processing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts

Required Qualifications

• Law degree with 1-3 years of experience in legal practice or in-house legal role
• Foundational knowledge of data protection and privacy laws, such as GDPR
• Experience with contract drafting and review, including NDAs and DPAs
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
