Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time D1 Football Youth Mentor will provide one-on-one academic guidance and sports mentorship to student-athletes, leveraging Division I football experience to foster focus, effort, and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Guide one student through their academic day, maintaining focus and facilitating learning
• Mentor the student as an athlete, sharing insights on training, competition, and balancing academics with sports
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff, providing updates on the student's academic and athletic progress

Required qualifications

• Division I football background with competitive experience
• Experience working with young people in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring roles
• Ability to establish trust and provide direct feedback to young athletes
• Strong communication skills for effective one-on-one video sessions
• Reliable and organized, with a suitable remote setup for video sessions
