D2C Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a D2C Program Manager to join their Direct-to-Consumer team on a remote basis in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the global program roadmap for D2C initiatives, ensuring alignment of timelines and deliverables
• Drive execution across concurrent initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Manage day-to-day coordination with payments partners and oversee vendor deliverables and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or operations in a cross-functional environment
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
• Experience in D2C, payments, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external partnerships
