Job Summary

Leading the orchestration and delivery of global D2C initiatives, the remote D2C Program Manager will manage the program roadmap, drive execution across multiple workstreams, and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global program roadmap for D2C initiatives, aligning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Build and maintain integrated project plans across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery
• Manage day-to-day coordination with payments partners and hold third-party vendors accountable to performance commitments

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or product delivery in a complex environment
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
• Experience in D2C, payments, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems
• Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
