D365 Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service architecture, the full-time remote D365 Architect will focus on integrating MarTech and Customer Data Platform capabilities to deliver unified customer experiences across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture for D365 Sales and Service, including lead-to-loyalty and request-to-serve processes
• Integrate D365 CE with marketing automation platforms for campaign orchestration and enable personalized engagement
• Design Power Automate workflows for automation and establish governance for marketing and CRM data compliance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in CRM and MarTech architecture, with 5+ years specifically in Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and Customer Data Platform integration
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel engagement and personalization strategies
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR and CCPA
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
