D365 Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform, the full-time D365 Business Analyst will manage business needs translation into system solutions, provide day-to-day functional support, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and design functional solutions
- Configure D365 to align with business processes while minimizing customizations and support critical business cycles
- Perform regression testing and validate upgrade readiness across ERP workstreams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of ERP Business / Functional Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations, including the Project Accounting module
- Proven experience in upgrades, testing, and UAT for enterprise ERP systems
- Experience providing production support in a live ERP environment
