D365 Business Central Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a D365 Business Central Implementation Manager for the construction vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of BC implementations across the construction vertical
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams and manage project budgets and scope
• Serve as the primary functional authority and main point of contact for clients throughout implementation

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably in professional services or management consulting
• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV
• Strong understanding of construction industry processes, including job cost accounting and project financial controls
• Demonstrated experience managing ERP or construction software projects
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
