D365 CE Functional Consultant

Job Summary

D365 CE Functional Consultant, a remote contract position, is responsible for supporting the rollout and optimization of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform across various business units, including leading workshops, configuring solutions, and ensuring post-go-live stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery workshops and document business processes and functional requirements
• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, including customer service and sales workflows
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and drive adherence to CRM governance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
• Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Hybrid delivery models
