D365 CE Functional Consultant
Job Summary
To support the continued rollout and optimization of an enterprise CRM platform, the remote contract D365 CE Functional Consultant will lead requirements discovery workshops, translate business needs into Dynamics 365 CE configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery workshops to gather and document business processes and functional requirements
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, including entities, forms, workflows, and integrations
- Serve as a functional SME for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel, supporting post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
- Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Hybrid delivery models
