D365 CE Senior Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant will gather requirements, configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, and assist clients in adopting effective CRM/CX solutions while guiding junior resources.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and configuration decisions
• Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features, including model-driven apps, dashboards, and business process flows
• Prepare functional design documents, training materials, and support backlog refinement and testing activities

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or comparable CRM platforms
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integration concepts
• Ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Understanding of agile delivery, user stories, and change/adoption fundamentals
• Recommended certifications: PL-200; MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, or relevant CE module certifications preferred
