D365 CE Solution Architect
Job Summary
Leading the business design and capability roadmap for CE/CX transformation programs, the full-time remote D365 CE Functional Solution Architect will facilitate stakeholder workshops, define future-state processes, and partner with technical teams to deliver practical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead executive and business stakeholder workshops across various functions including sales, service, and marketing
- Define current-state and future-state processes, capability maps, and outcome-based requirements
- Guide configuration decisions and lead business readiness activities including training and stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- Strong business knowledge of B2B sales, customer service, and CRM operating models
- Hands-on functional experience configuring D365 CE modules and related Power Platform capabilities
- Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder conversations and produce executive-ready deliverables
- Experience with agile delivery, process mapping, and measurable business value realization
- Recommended certifications: MB-280 or successor, MB-230, MB-240, PL-200, and/or equivalent D365 CE credentials
