D365 CE Technical Architect
Job Summary
Owning the technical design and delivery integrity of enterprise CE/CX solutions, the full-time D365 CE Technical Architect will lead architecture for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture for D365 CE and Power Platform programs, including solution topology and integration patterns
- Own technical design authority across configuration, custom code, and third-party integrations while partnering with functional architects
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams through design reviews, code reviews, and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Deep understanding of Dataverse security, environment strategy, and data model design
- Experience designing integrations using APIs and Azure Integration Services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power BI as they relate to CE/CX programs
- Recommended certifications: PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, or relevant D365 CE credentials
