Job Summary

A company is looking for a D365 CRM & Power Automate Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Automate
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance for automation processes
• Train internal power users and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure sustainable adoption

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building Power Automate solutions
• Experience with activating modules and enhancing D365 CRM workflows
• Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and ERP integrations
• Proven ability to create clear SOP documentation
• Experience working independently in a mid-market manufacturing environment
