D365 CRM Tester

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled D365 CRM Tester, the full-time remote position will lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms, utilizing both manual and automated testing methods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute testing efforts for D365 CE and FO platforms, ensuring quality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment to enhance testing processes
• Utilize AI-driven testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of software testing experience, including both manual and automated testing
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane
• Experience working within the SAFe framework
