D365 CRM Tester

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled D365 CRM Tester, the full-time remote position will lead and execute testing efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO) platforms, focusing on both manual and automated testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing
• Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, and Selenium
• Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs while supporting end-user testing and providing feature walkthroughs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of software testing experience, including both manual and automated testing
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane
