Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Optimization Consultant, this role focuses on leading post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement efforts for clients already utilizing D365 Finance, assessing environments to enhance system capabilities and drive measurable ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Assess live D365 Finance environments to identify underused features and build a prioritized roadmap for optimization
- Advise finance and operations leaders on maximizing value from their existing D365 investment, including new capabilities from Microsoft updates
- Lead functional enhancements and user experience improvements, managing the enhancement backlog and guiding delivery teams through execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of hands-on D365 Finance experience, particularly in optimizing live production environments
- D365 certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred
- Proven track record in identifying and addressing gaps between system capabilities and actual usage
- Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders
