D365 F&O Test Lead

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and reliability of a financial management system for a federal agency, the full-time D365 F&O Test Lead will develop and execute testing strategies, oversee data migration quality assurance, and collaborate with technical and functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and run an end-to-end testing strategy across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem to ensure business processes function correctly
• Create and execute test plans and scripts to verify data migration from legacy applications, minimizing errors during system cutover
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report testing progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required (dual citizens are ineligible)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading software testing efforts within large-scale ERP or financial system implementations
• Experience coordinating UAT and collaborating with stakeholders to validate business processes
• Familiarity with basic SQL and JSON/XML structures to validate data and troubleshoot integration issues
