D365 F&O Tester

Job Summary

To support the testing efforts for Dynamics 365 Sales and Finance, the full-time D365 F&O Tester will plan, design, execute, and document various testing types while collaborating with IT colleagues and business users in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute unit, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests for Dynamics 365 applications
• Document test results and manage test plans while coordinating end-user testing activities
• Collaborate with IT teams and business subject matter experts to support production issues and enhance testing processes

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a technology, business, or engineering-related field
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance
• Functional knowledge of Finance processes
• 4 years of testing experience with demonstrated expertise in managing test plans
• Experience working in an Agile environment with knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane)
