D365 F&O Tester

Job Summary

To support testing initiatives within Dynamics 365, the remote full-time D365 F&O Tester will plan, design, execute, and document various testing activities, including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance tests while collaborating with business users and IT colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all testing activities using Azure DevOps, including creating test plans and executing regression, integration, and functional testing
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and suggest improvements while supporting end users during UAT
• Document test results, report bugs, and effectively communicate test outcomes, risks, and issues to project stakeholders

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technology, business, or engineering-related field
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance
• 4 years of testing experience, with demonstrated knowledge in managing test plans
• Functional knowledge of finance processes and experience in Agile environments
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane
