D365 SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SCM incidents and recurring issues
• Perform functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for manufacturing, inventory, and logistics
• Support manufacturing operations, warehouse and inventory management, and logistics and distribution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting D365 F&O SCM in AMS/support roles
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics in regulated environments
• Experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences manufacturing
• Familiarity with GxP/GMP processes
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are highly valued
