D365 Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end technical and functional architecture for a dual Dynamics 365 program, the full-time D365 Solutions Architect will design integration strategies, oversee data migration from legacy systems, and serve as the primary technical governance point while working remotely in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the target-state solution architecture across D365 Customer Engagement and D365 Finance & Operations, including integration methods
• Design enterprise data migration architecture, including source-to-target mapping and data cleansing rules
• Act as the primary technical governance point by reviewing and approving technical design documents and integration designs

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years in enterprise systems architecture, with at least 5+ years architecting Dynamics 365 solutions
• Demonstrated experience architecting both D365 Customer Engagement and D365 Finance & Operations
• Prior experience leading multi-source ERP-to-D365 data migration, with exposure to legacy platforms like Great Plains or Bright Pearl
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, dual-write, and Power Platform integration patterns
• Proven ability to operate at both hands-on design and executive communication levels
