DACA Product Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of business strategy, the full-time DACA Product Associate will assist in product planning and management, focusing on operational efficiencies and compliance within the Commercial product portfolio, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of the Commercial Deposit Account Control Agreement program, including onboarding and risk reviews
• Support the DACA Product Manager with new and existing payment products and regulatory compliance
• Prepare monthly risk and operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience required
• 1+ years of experience in operations, client resolution, risk management, or legal support required
• Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services required
• Experience in a payments/commercial rotational program is acceptable
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
