Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time remote DACH Customer Success Manager will ensure strategic clients achieve meaningful outcomes with ControlUp, proactively identify account risks, and guide customers toward optimal product usage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with ControlUp
- Proactively identify and address account risks related to adoption, engagement, and environment health
- Build strong relationships with senior IT professionals and guide them in optimizing their experience with ControlUp
Required qualifications
- Native German speaker with high-level fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in an EUC or similar software company, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships within Fortune 100 companies
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric attitude
