Seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead DACH expansion, the full-time remote B2B Marketing Lead will manage aggressive lead generation, execute multi-language outbound strategies, and oversee local events while acting as the marketing "Source of Truth."

Key responsibilities

• Drive B2B growth in the DACH region through lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
• Develop and implement complex outbound marketing strategies tailored for multi-language audiences
• Oversee local industry events, user conferences, and webinars from planning to execution

Required qualifications

• Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency
• Proven track record of managing marketing projects from inception to ROI accountability
• Experience in entrepreneurial settings or high-stakes environments
