DACH SaaS Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DACH SaaS Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of implementation specialists to ensure high-quality implementations
• Drive team efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting the growth of the DACH region
• Handle customer escalations and manage the Sales-to-Implementation handover process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in project management within a software/technical role
• 2+ years in an Implementation or Technical Support role
• 2+ years of management experience, including hiring and developing talent
• Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for coaching and team development
