Dairy R&D On-Call Specialist
Job Summary
Providing flexible leadership and technical support, the full-time Dairy R&D On-Call Specialist will manage critical projects and manufacturing support activities across the Dairy Foods R&D organization, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and prioritization for the Process Technology team, coordinating workload and technical support activities
- Offer technical oversight for dairy process technologies, reviewing and approving recommendations and process designs
- Support the commercialization of new products and technologies, managing pilot and plant implementation activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Science, or a related technical field
- 15+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing, process engineering, or product development
- Demonstrated knowledge of dairy unit operations and processing technologies
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Prior people and technical leadership experience
