Job Summary

A company is looking for a Damage Control Manager to oversee fleet damages and maintenance for company vehicles across multiple regions in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet repair and maintenance activities, vehicle availability, and associated costs
• Evaluate and manage fleet vehicle damage reports, repairs, and maintenance records
• Handle automotive insurance claims and coordinate with insurance agents and repair providers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and Bachelor's Degree or higher required
• 2+ years of work experience in fleet, RV, or automotive repair
• Knowledge or certification in insurance processes and claims management preferred
• Certifications in RV and automotive repair preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a clear motor vehicle record
