Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Operations Specialist (Danish Payroll).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute timely payroll, filings, and payments for customers across key countries
  • Drive issue resolution and communication with government agencies and partners
  • Collaborate with Global Payroll Engineering and Product teams to ensure compliance and address product issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4+ years in a Danish payroll processing role, with 2+ years in a client-facing role preferred
  • Expert knowledge of Danish payroll and familiarity with payroll in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and other EMEA countries is a bonus
  • Experience with payroll regulations, social security, legislation, and local tax requirements
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially Docs/Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
