DAO Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient processes for decision-making within the DAO
• Manage projects and liaise with contributor teams and the community
• Advise stakeholders on proposal feasibility and facilitate on-chain transactions

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Technical background with familiarity in Python and/or JavaScript
• Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Proficient in English with exceptional writing skills
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency; knowledge of Russian is a plus
