Dashboard Specialist
Job Summary
To support the VA Zero Trust acceleration effort, the full-time Dashboard Specialist will develop and maintain visual reporting components, transforming data into decision-ready scorecards and dashboards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain visual components of Monthly Maturity Scorecards and executive dashboards
- Create visualizations for maturity trends, implementation progress, and risk assessments
- Partner with data engineering to automate data refreshes and ensure consistent metric definitions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Three or more years of experience in dashboard, business intelligence, or data visualization
- Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience translating complex technical data into concise executive visualizations
- Strong data quality and documentation skills
