DASM Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to foster high-performing team dynamics and promote Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate team dynamics and remove impediments to ensure continuous flow and improvement
• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, educating them in Agile practices
• Support the development and delivery of solutions using Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• DASM, DASSM Certification required
• SAFe Agilist Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
