Data & AI Change Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Data & AI Change Manager, the full-time remote position will manage change management activities and initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of data and AI products and services through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct change management initiatives in collaboration with organizational leadership
• Create and implement change management strategies, including assessing impact and user readiness
• Define and report success metrics for change efforts while supporting senior leaders as change sponsors

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading enterprise-wide changes related to Digital Technology and AI Solutions
• Understanding of the change lifecycle and experience with large-scale change adoption
• Ability to create actionable deliverables for various change management levers
