Job Summary
Leading the enterprise change management strategy, the full-time remote Data & AI Change Manager will define governance frameworks, engage with executive leadership, and drive adoption of Carrier's unified Data & AI platform across various business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise change management strategy and adoption roadmap for the Data & AI platform
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, developing presentations and facilitating leadership forums
- Lead adoption strategies for the enterprise Data & AI Marketplace, enhancing the discovery and utilization of data products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program Leadership
- Experience supporting cloud, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority
