Data & AI Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cloud platform and AI/data infrastructure capabilities, the full-time Data & AI Platform Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain data pipelines for effective data integration, storage, and analysis
• Collaborate with environmental engineers, data scientists, and software developers to develop scalable data solutions
• Implement and monitor ETL processes to support data analysis and machine learning model training

Required qualifications

• A degree in data engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of data engineering or related experience
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
• Proficiency in Python and ETL processes for data cleaning and validation
• Experience with data warehousing solutions and cloud platforms
