Data & AI Technical Lead

Job Summary

To support the development of AI and data fusion solutions, the full-time remote Data & AI Technical Lead will take ownership of technical design and architecture, lead the execution of initiatives, and provide technical leadership across data and AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own technical architecture and system design with the Principal Data Engineer, covering data pipelines and AI flows
• Lead the design and implementation of data and AI flows across heterogeneous systems, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Mentor engineers on system design and AI integration patterns while driving technical initiatives from discovery to production

Required qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background with production-grade code across data pipelines and AI integrations
• Proven experience in data architecture and designing systems that handle data at scale
• Solid understanding of AI systems design, including LLMs and multi-agent systems
• Hands-on experience with backend development using FastAPI and event-driven architectures
• Technical leadership experience, influencing teams through credibility and clear communication
