Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support data processing for enrollment and insurance policy management, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will prepare and analyze data, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based out of NYC.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill data requirements and host daily standup meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and data validation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a teachable attitude
