Data Analysis Associate

Job Summary

To support data processing initiatives, the full-time Experienced Data Analysis Associate will prepare and analyze data for enrollment and insurance policy retention campaigns while working in a hybrid schedule based out of the NYC office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare data for enrollment and policy retention campaigns
• Work with insurance companies to obtain and ensure the accuracy of policy data
• Analyze current processes to identify waste and improve data quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on data analysis preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Excel with advanced formulas and data validation techniques
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and external clients
